Blender- "Double It: High Step & Step-Lower Body Circuits" - 27 min.
KCM- Cardio Sculpt Overload- Premix: Low Impact & Boxing - 29 min.

Nice workout this morning, Linda - high step and step (I only like functional step workouts, nothing dancey)

Today I did Cathe's Live - chest and triceps for 40 minutes and added on more Oliver Sjostrom's cardio for 23 minutes. I'maa sweating.

Great workouts from everyone yesterday! Annette - I hope your DH is feeling all right and that you are too!
 
Nice workout Siobhan doing Cathe's Live - chest and triceps…I really liked that one,
I probably won’t do this week’s Core & Stretch….. I watched most of it, and I really
didn’t care for the core work in it…. I blended my own little series, kind of like
Strong & Fit….but I am calling mine Stronger & Fit :). I know I‘ll like my core in it..
if I don’t, it’s my own fault!!!

Siobhan- I have changed my thoughts on step since MS. I do still like them, but tend to shy away from them now, unless I'm in the mood for step and modify like crazy,.
Nicely done today with:

LITE- Metabolic Blast= 42 Min
Ab Hits - Slow & Heavy Bicep & Triceps Abs= 8 Min

PS. I will be out of town tomorrow so no Saturday workout and sun day is my usual rest day. I'll be back at it Monday.
 
Hi ladies,

Today is a rest day, trying not to get covid myself. He is better but all drinks taste metallic. So he is on the mend. I took a 2 + hour nap on the couch , which is almost normal for me if I don't workout or be active. I don't have a fever so the doctor's office isn't worried.

Annette, you certainly deserve a rest day. Glad you didn’t have a fever…..and glad he’s
on the mend. I usually take a nap each afternoon for about a hour, Jack expects it!
I like to watch Touched by an Angel that is on at 2 each afternoon, so sometimes I
don’t really nap, just curl up & watch that.
