Siobhan- I have changed my thoughts on step since MS. I do still like them, but tend to shy away from them now, unless I'm in the mood for step and modify like crazy,.
Nicely done today with:
CatheLive - chest and triceps for 40 minutes and added on more Oliver Sjostrom's cardio for 23 minutes. Great job, way to get it done today; Have a great day;
