Good morning!

I'm taking a day off and I guess regular weekend off, my knee is bothering me again, gonna give it a rest.

Perfectly ok to take a rest day Linda especially if something is hurting.

Today I did a 44 minute Taebo off YouTube, I do believe it was the 2nd half of his 90 minute Anniversary Workout that my blu-ray player won't play anymore. I had on my wrist weights for most of it.

Very sweaty!

Today I did:
Gloved Up and Sweaty - 39 minutes
STS 2.0 Standing and Mat Abs - 17 minutes
Step Boss Extended Lying Extension Stretch - 9 minutes

Annette - 44 minute Taebo with wrist weights!! Great!

Linda, as Annette says, if your body says rest, you need to rest!!

Hi ladies, I'm dropping by to say as it turns out I had to scrap today's workout. My day got away from me my foot problems was bugging me, very painful so I skipped on today's workout.
