Hi Everyone,

Today I did more McFit Method (bodyweight + jump rope) + I did about 10 minutes of jump rope dudes - straight up jump rope + Cathe STS Meso 3 for chest. I am drenched in sweat which I love! I will add in my own stretch now.

Hi everyone,

Today I had 1 lady so we did one of my newer kickboxing workouts. It was 44 minutes of nonstop kickboxing. It felt great!!

Then I did 40 minutes of a total body weight work out using dumbbells, barbell , machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workouts!
