Good morning ladies!

Nora, you had a "passport" workout too! great job with Leslie Sansone - Walk off Fat Fast- 20 min Easy Burn = 21 Min., Virtual Active- American Northeast Bike - Ride 1 Coastal Maine = 56 Min. and Ab Hits- Workout #5 - Slow & Heavy chest, back, & abs = 9 Min Woo-Hoo!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Gettin' It Done!" - 35 min.
YT-Born to Bounce- "Rebounder Interval Workout with a Long Resistance Band" - 15 min.

That's it! Today is the 25th anniversary of 9/11. So sad............I remember that day very well, and I always
think about one of my former co-workers on this day..........she & I happened to be in the office by ourselves
at that time and I can remember her up on a chair trying to reach the radio volume controls to turn up the
volume so we could hear what was going on, as the volume was always kept very low just for backgound
music, etc.

Anyway, I might do a workout tomorrow, we'll see................

Have a good day!

Hi ladies,

Nice workout Linda for 50 minutes.

Today I found a brand new Body Combat workout off YouTube that wasn't a killer or so broken up it defeated the purpose of cardio. It was Body Combat 95 and was roughly 52-53 minutes, had floorwork also. I actually enjoyed it. Even had a person showing low impact.

The major difference might have been this one wasn't done in front of an audience who were doing the routine.

I really liked this one and see myself doing it again .

Hello to all who follow!!

And yes, I remember this day 25 years ago. I was homeschooling the boys tv was off, piano tuner was here and my husband called from work and told me to turn on the TV.

I turned it on and we all including the piano tuner stopped and watched everything unfold on the TV.

After a bit the piano tuner finished and left and I turned it off because I got tired real fast of seeing it over and over and over again. My boys were young at 9,7 and 4.75 years old.

Hope everyone gets a workout in!!

Annette, fun-sounding YT workout- Body Combat 95-(with floorwork)- 53 min. You get the prize for longest
time-so far, LOL!

I love it when workouts have someone doing lower impact modifications, that you can follow or not........
I wish Cathe had done more of that, although she is showing more modifications in recent Lives than she
used to.........it can help alot. if you need them...................

Yes, 9/11 Anniversary, it's always sad. It seems so like something our of a movie, but it was tragically real. I remember taking my two boys to school one was in first grade and the other in kindergarten. I just returned from taking them to school. Turned on TV watching Regis & Kelly and sat down with a cup of coffee before starting morning chores. Then I saw the first plane hit one tower. I assumed their was a malfunction with the plane that caused that to happen and so close to the airport seemed plausible. Then the other plan appeared and seemed to line itself with the other tower like a kamikaze from WWII. As soon as I saw that before it the tower I realized it terror that this was deliberate and an attack on the US. I urgently called my husband and told him what I saw on live Tv. He told me he heard it was a little Cessna and not a big deal as he'd been told the towers are built to with stand a small plane crash. He then saw images and was worried. I was scared and called the school and informed them I wanted to get my kids from school now. They were oblivious and told be not to worry things are ok and to just pick up kids at regular time. I told them to get my kids and I'll be there to get them immediately. Brought the kids home TV still on covering what happened and all that was still happening Flight 77 and 93. My uncle lived in DC and worked for IRS there. I had no idea how close any of that was to him, but tried to call him with no results they said all lines are busy and to try later. THen TV mentioned phone lines are overwhelmed and to be patient, not likely I just wanted to be sure my uncle was ok. Three days later the phone lines let up and he called me. I was so relieved to talk to him. On 9/11 when DH came home we rushed to Bi-Mart (local store/hardware/sporting goods store) and bought emergency supplies. It was a scary time not sure what was going to happen and just wanting our family and little corner of the world to be safe. My thoughts & prayers were with all the first responders, those who were in the towers and their families. Scary stuff I wish no one to ever witness or experience. Now, 25 years later I can't help but recall all of it. My thoughts & prayers are still with the few survivors, fearless first responders, the families of the victims, God bless them all and God bless America.

Ok, enough of that. Good night/ weekend girls. This is a rest weekend for me;)

Hello, Ladies!
I hurt my knee last weekend, so I wasn't able to do anything.
Today I did:
Perfect 30 Mobility Basics for 32 minutes
Perfect 30 Bonus Core for 9 minutes

I was at work.
Our executive team was in a staff meeting and a guy who worked for me went in there and told them and a few minutes later went back in there and told them about the second tower hit. That's when everthing went silent and we ended up watching in a conference room. It was horrifying.
After that, a colleague and I went to Kohl's and bought every T-shirt with anything on it USA and took back to work and gave them out. I left work and went home. About half of our subdivision of 21 homes was at our house watching and talking. Will never forget that day.
