Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did a big workout. I did 45 minutes of Caroline G Upper Body and Cathe's RWH cardio workout - I can't remember which one but I did it all. Cathe has the best cardio. Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 ladies and we did my Wrap Up Circuit workout for the Split Series. It was 63 minutes and just fun and light with compound weight moves during 2 songs. Nothing too complicated, they liked it

Then I did 30 minutes of weights, barbell, machines and cables.
