Today I did Kelly's B&B-Upper Body Supersets- abt 30 min. Always enjoy that workout.... That will
probably be it for today, as I need to try & get some other things done.

Annette- Great workouts yesterday with weight work and legs, you go girl! I'm sorry to hear of your friend was on hospice care but is better now. Hand in there and prayers and well wishes are a positive to hang on to.

Linda- Great workout today with Kelly's B&B-Upper Body Supersets- abt 30 min, WTG and high five's. Why is it Friday's always seem busy eventhough we made through the week to ge there. Enjoy gettings things done.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 20 min Refreshing Active Recovery Ride= 21 Min
LITE- Revd Up Rumble - Basic #6 Main Workout + Calorie Crush + 6 Pack Abs #1= 59 Min

Update - Decided to do just the 20 Min Refreshing Recovery Ride= 21 Min Very stressed up today and needed to cut back, sorry for the confusion.

Update to update-
Update- Toilet over flowed in my bathroom so I have to deal with that on top of stress worrying about getting my son help with anxiety. So needless to say I had to cancel today's workout.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 58 minutes on the elliptical and did 10 minutes of floorwork for abs and legs.

I am a little tight in my legs, my exercise spandex was tighter in the legs today.

Nice workouts everyone.
