Today's workouts:

Blender- "RWH Total Body" - 25 min.
Strong & Sweaty-PHA Training-TimeSaver Premix # 4 - 25 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Nice weight training this morning, Linda.

Today I did a mix of Caroline G for biceps, triceps and abs and added on 15 minutes of Perfect30 low impact cardio. Now, to do my own stretch.

Nice workouts yesterday, Nora and Annette (90 pounds for chest - whoa).

Annette - so nice that your children live together. It brings me some peace of mind knowing they are looking out for one another (unless they are fighting which, alas, is often).

Hi Siobhan, you had a nice workout today as well with your mix of Caroline G for biceps, triceps and abs, then 15 minutes of Perfect30 low impact cardio and finishing with your own stretch. Great upper body & cardio mix!
 
Hi ladies,

Well, only the middle and youngest sons live together, the oldest son has his own apartment.

Today I stayed home and did a Popsugar Kickboxing and Boxing workout with Christa ,I only did 34 minutes because she started doing burpees. Then I did 21 minutes of a Taebo that was 31 minutes but it is getting more and more humid so I am sweating buckets. So I stopped, so it was 55 minutes of cardio kickboxing. The 1st workout had intervals using weights so that was nice.

Looks like so far everyone has gotten in a good workout. Keep it up ladies!!
 
Good job Annette with Popsugar kickboxing/boxing & a little more TaeBo, everything
being 55 min. I don’t blame you on the burpees, I avoid them wherever possible! :)
If I do attempt them I always modify with the stepping back modification.

You always have such fun sounding blender workouts, I'm envious. Oh, I've never tried that preix for Strong & Sweaty-PHA Training-TimeSaver Premix # 4 - 25 min.
I'll have to do that sometime soon.

Very nicely done. I do love the Perfect30 Low Impact Cardio workout as well, it a good one.
I wanted to let you know I had to skip yesterday's planned workout. DH wanted to do errands and when I got back it was 3 PM. I still had to make homemade soup for dinner.
So I did not get a workout in yesterday.

Ladies I just tried on and they fit my older size 6 jeans!!! I mean I put them away and bought bigger sizes so my jeans could be comfortable to wear. I found them and thought why not try them on, and all 3 pairs fit with no problem! (Must be from losing that little bit of fat the surgeon took off my liver when he removed my gallbladder ; ) Anyway, that my story for now.
