Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Interval 2 workout to 7 ladies for an hour. Then I did about 20 minutes of leg work including 7 minutes on the stair machine.
Then I came home and after pumping up my legs tried to put on my skinny jeans [emoji849][emoji44]!! That was a feat but I got them on and then left again to take son to work and then go grocery shopping.
Now I am home and everything is put away. Yay!!!
