Good Friday morning everyone,

It's the weekend! For me anyway...

This morning I did such a mish mosh. I started with Jari Love Extremely Ripped 1000. I did about 20 minutes then switched over to cardio only of this workout. This is enduring. It ended up being like 50 minutes of Jari. Gawwsh she's annoying. And I don't say that often about people.

Then I moved onto Strong Stride and did a bit here and there. I need to do a stretch later.

What's on the workout agenda for everyone today?

And conni - thanksgiving comes early here. Carmen - yeah! trisets has your lower body in need of medical intervention ha ha

Happy Thanksgiving!

I understand about Jari, I prefer her earlier workouts to her GER ones.

Today was PUB, then abs from Allstep. I switched days because I just didn't feel like jumping around today. Turbokick tomorrow,most likely.

I was pretty sore today. :)

I did Boot Camp Core Only again.

I feel a calm sense of accomplishment but I don't feel very perky, so when I peek a little at Boot Camp warmup I know there's also a spirit I must arouse if I want to do that. One jumping jack might get me started...

Hi ladies I soooooo glad its Friday arent you?????

Today was bis/back/core premix from total body trisets. then I added the 20 min TJ workout with weighted gloves. I'm proud of myself for doing three weighted workouts this week. Its been tough to make time for myself.
