Today's workouts: ( I'm in the process of completing .......one more to do ! I believe it's turned out to be
Kelly day!)

KCM- Muscle Up Lift 2 B Fit- Upper body dvd mix - 18 min.
KCM-Cardio Quick Fix- Workout # 1- 26 min.
YT-CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Boxing Finisher (pulled out my egg weights for this one)

Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty, premix of Gloved Up and Sweaty plus Floor Cardio Only ~45 minutes.

I wasn't sweating till the end, I had never looked at the jump rope segment but the floor cardio was a good way to end an otherwise sweat less workout. I find this workout very basic and not really challenging but it burns some calories so I do it every so often, sorry Cathe.

I agree the floor work is good. I had high hopes as I love boxing style workouts as well.

Nora, I do like the Leslie Sansone walking workouts and fit them in when I want more. Good job! You killed it!
