I haven't been getting enough sleep about four hours and no nap the last . I've been functioning about 4 hours sleep. My foot was swollen and hurting. I did still manage a little workout, I'm just so tired and struggle to stay awake. FYI this will be a rest weekend for me. See ya back on Monday. Take care and get some rest
