Today I did a short jumpropefit bodyweight jumprope workout + a mcfit strength workout (chest). Good times!

Hi ladies,

Today I had ●6● ladies!!! Which is a whole lot of people post Covid shutdown!! And we did my Interval 1 workout which is an hour long. We were dripping wet when we were done!!

Then I did 47 minutes of weight work including barbell and dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
