Good Morning Ladies,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did C&E for 45 minutes. I will do my own stretch.

Great to see everyone getting in a workout yesterday!

Siobhan, you had a nice long C&E workout this AM for 45 minutes. Nothing wrong with a good ole rest day!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Tabata Sculpt Ladder" - 28 min.
YT-CrossRope- "12 min. Full Body Jump Rope Hiit

Hi ladies,

After a long search and debate about whether to go to the gym for my cardio today, I settled on a very old Kathy Smith Cardio Knockout doing the Kickboxing workout with the leg drills and cooldown which was 51 minutes long. I wore my boxing gloves for the cardio part.

Very basic but nice slowly done moves to emphasize form and execution. I sweated a little bit.

So my workout is done! Yay!

KCM 30MTF- Body Design - Kickboxing with Light dumbbells = 12 Min
Used 2 pound dumbbell pairs

KCM 30MTF- BoxFit - Workout #2 (Weights) = 36 Min
Uses 12 & 8 pound db pairs would have gone heavier but plan to do more weights tomorrow didn't want to over do it!
