Here's today's workout:
KCM 30MTF- Body Design - Kickboxing with Light dumbbells = 12 Min
Used 2 pound dumbbell pairs
KCM 30MTF- BoxFit - Workout #2 (Weights) = 36 Min
Uses 12 & 8 pound db pairs would have gone heavier but plan to do more weights tomorrow didn't want to over do it!
