Hi Annette and Geoff,

Today I did a very short 25 minute calisthenics workout from Caroline G. I loved it and wish I could have finished it. Wow. I will attempt this again. It's been a challenging 2 weeks with going into the office during the day + DD's have been home. De-railed my schedule which is ok and temporary but I sure miss 'my time' in the mornings.

Annette - sorry you weren't feeling well yesterday. Have you looked into cathe's friends the nourishing guru's? i bought a program from them and really liked it. it helped with cravings, appetite, gastro-intestinal stuff etc..

Hi Siobhan,

I actually canceled my class for this morning. I am still bloated but not as bad but my abdomen still hurts. I just need to be good to get on a plane on Sunday. So today will be a rest day. Glad you got a workout in .
 
Yesterday, was Cathe ICE Upper Body Timesaver mix. VERY HAPPY with how I did considering a few weeks ago I had soft tissue damage in my shoulder. Used the same weights as Cathe!! Today, I might do a quick lower body workout.
