Hi Lisa and all who follow,
Today I taught or rather struggled to go through my newest workout. Weights, cardio and Weights 2, I had 11 ladies for about 61 minutes.
It was tough but they all liked the new moves but I had 2 requests for more reps , they don't like quick change within a combo. So I will try changing things to 4 reps since I want to advance them from everything being 8 or more reps.
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs.
