Hi Everyone,

Today I did a very short Cathe PUB - I don't do double sets like she does so I managed 30 minutes! Now, to stretch and move on with my day.

Nora - today is my last official full day in the office. I am on vacation next week then Hallowe'en is my day to return all office equipment. bittersweet!

Linda - whoa - you really have a gym. wow. I have had a treadmill and a spin bike along the way but gave them both away due to space and back issues. I loved spinning! loved it.

Annette - I hope you get to the gym today. you always find something interesting off youtube

Hi ladies, great job Siobhan with Cathe PUB workout & stretch….

Do any of you have & use a foam roller? I have been looking at them…but I honestly don’t think I would use it :(……. I did get one at Walmart awhile back, but ended up taking it back, cause it was hard & it hurt!

IFit Quick Burn Time Crunch Elliptical Workout #3 - 21 min.
BitGym 17 min. Treadmill walk in Lucerne, Switzerland & 5 min. Cooldown Row on
Lake Lucerne, Switzerland.

Siobhan- I'm So excited for you today! Happy official last day! Double high fives!!:) Then next week is vacation for you and Halloween next week too, so fun! I hope you can do something fun for vacation to celebrate.

Linda- Yes, I have a few foam rollers, love it. I use it twice a day every day. It really helps back and tight glutes. They are trouble spots for me and the foam roller loosenes all the tightness. It feels so amazing after I use my roller in the morning. You are right that you need to start off with a less firm foam roller then progress as is right for you.
My understanding of the actual foam rollers is that the lighter color denotes it being less firm and darker means firm. They are made out of styrofoam type stuff.
I have a bit of gym equipment but only two big machines. One being a Treadmill, I've been advised by my MS doctor after two falls not to use, and my beloved spin bike. Other stuff includes: Long step, high step, eight risers, BB, weight plates, Db's from 1#-30# DB pairs. Bosu ball, Swiss Ball, Weighted gloves (kickboxing), Resistance tubing, Yoga mats, yoga blocks, Cathe sliding disks, Cathe bands fabric and other, booty bands, and Cathe's Tower, Lebert equalizers, Sandbag, Kettlebells in #10, #15, #20. That all my fitness toys, for now LOL!!

Wow! As always love the variety in your workouts making super fun and time efficient, two thumbs up, love that!! Now I'll try and bust out some Virtual Active Bike video's I have, or some Jenny Ford Walk Across America workouts.

Annette- Killer workouts yesterday fun with YT workouts Billy Blanks and others approx. 59 Min, and add on of Tae Bo Express Kicks workout for 11 minutes and 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Awesome job on those fun workouts.
I hope your rested up fpr any gym workouts today with weights, gotta leave gas in the tank for today's workouts;) Love your gym workouts are always inspiring.:)

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym later than I like, but I got in an 80 minute chest and back workout. Barbell chest press started at 75 for 8 reps, then 80 for 6, 85 for 4, 95 for 2 and 100 for 1!! Haven't done 100 pounds in a long time. Moved onto dumbbells for chest flyes and chest press, starting at 15 pounds, then 20's, 25's, and 30's.
One lying back exercise, then onto the back machine, and then the chest flyes/back row machine.

Finished up with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch to end.
