Hi ladies,

Prayers for you Nora.

Today I came to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Then I went downstairs to the War Room and did 20 minutes of boxing using the punching bags with some kicking of the bag. I think I will be sore tomorrow or even later today because I hit the bag really hard to see how it felt. I had on my Cathe boxing gloves, I really worked up a sweat in 20 minutes, whew! But it was fun and different.

I will do floorwork at home.

Add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
