Today I did a Cathe Live low impact cardio workout - loved it! I added on about 15 minutes of mcfit method shoulders (pyramid style). Loved that too!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my circuits (can't remember the name) to 3 ladies for about 55 minutes.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including barbell which I managed 110 pounds for 2 partial reps(whoohoo new high since my shoulder issue), dumbbell work and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
