Today I did a mish mosh. I did Cathe Live - the recent one - lower body only + youtube 20 minute hiit cycling workout. Now, off to get ready for work.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Interval 1 workout to 10 ladies for just over an hour. We were all dying[emoji50][emoji4] but we made it through.
