Hi ladies,
I am still SOOOO SORE!!
Today I taught my Interval 1 workout to 3 ladies for an hour. I was hurting sooo bad but I pushed through the pain.
Then I did 45 minutes of cable work, machine legs and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Oh the pain!!
