Last night was DS Golf Banquet - he was named player of the year for Stow High School, a great way to end his high school golf career. Nice evening, I was able to catch his speech on my iphone so his dad can watch it today sometime, it was a teary event..

Today was Cathe Live Cardio Boxing and Stability Abs..
Just right for a Friday.
