Today I did Cathe's fitsplit low impact metabolic workout. That was fun and tough - too tough for me at times. Wow. I am actually drenched in sweat! Everywhere.

Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Today we did my Lower Body Challenge workout which is about 53 minutes of both weighted and non weighted cardio and strength moves. I had 3 ladies.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, cables, back and shoulder machines, and floorwork for abs.

Nice workout Siobhan.
