Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest lower body live. Wow, her body has really changed from doing STS 2.0. She looks solid. It always amazes me to see how Cathe's body adapts to each program she produces. I am soooooooooo excited for 2.0. I added on 20 minutes of Xtrain for chest/back/shoulders. I had to stop as I am kinda overdoing it.

Great to see you all checking in yesterday and enjoying your workouts.

Good workout this morning, Siobhan, with CatheLive lower body (that one is on my schedule to do soon too)
and some more of Xtrain.

Wow, Annette, 53 min on the elliptical....whew...I'm impressed. and other stuff as well.....

WTG Nora with yesterday's workout:
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Saturday Sweat Session #23 - 60+ Minute Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class = 56 Min & YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 30 minute STRONG Leg Day Workout with Dumbbells= 38 Min

Today, for me:

CatheLive PHA Supersets # 3 - 41 min. (good workout)
IFit- Forsythe Meadow Trail Steady Ski Workout, Crosscut Mt., Montana - 27 min.
12 min. Rowing on Tomales Bay, Calif.
YT- Angie Fitness TV- 15 min to Fit- Cardio Intervals/Jump Rope Intervals (actually 18 min. with the 3 min. Warmup)

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 77 minutes of weight work for biceps (included a wrist exercise also) and triceps plus a smathering of chest, back and shoulders. The weight work consisted of dumbbell work, barbell and cable work. It was a rough workout. Oh and never workout next to a 21year old male who is also doing upper body work. Too much pressure to keep up with him, oh my!!!Plus I ended with floorwork and a stretch.

Then I came home and did a 35 minute Taebo off of YouTube for some cardio.

Nice workouts everyone!!

I decided to take an unscheduled rest day to take care some important errands. So, no workout for me to check in with today.

Siobhan- Bravo! You were able to workout today with: Cathe's latest lower body live, and
added on 20 minutes of Xtrain for chest/back/shoulders. Yes, it's easy wo get all jazzed to do workouts again but take it easy, little by little until your body feels ready shift into higher gears. Take care;)

Linda- Nice mix of workouts there with Cathelive, Passport ski workout & rowing, and Angie Fitness TV Cardio jump rope. Cool ,I haven't heard of that one. Way to rock your workout today!!;)

Annette- You are a legend with your gym workouts. WTG on today's workout with 77 minutes of weight work for biceps (included a wrist exercise also) and triceps plus a smathering of chest, back and shoulders,
adding on a floor stretch too. Bravo! Then after all of that you came home did a YT 35 min Tae Bo workout also as an add-on. Phew! Now rest, you deserve it;)
