Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

KCM- Sculpting RX- Premix: Workout #1- one set of all exercises - 22 min.
KCM- Stepboxing 2- Premix: Workout # 1 without cardio drills - 25 min.

I guess today was "Kelly" day for me! She has such great premixes on her dvds.....alot of options for shorter workouts....

Annette, glad you got your transportation back, but that really was a neat idea yesterday to take a
15 min. walk to your gym, do your gym weight workout, etc and then another 15 min. walk home.
Best of both worlds! especially if your weather was as nice as it was here yesterday, sunny, not too
hot, etc.

I think the weekend will be a rest weekend for me, so I hope you all have a great day & weekend!
I always try to check back to explore your workout choices....

Today I did Cathe's latest live. I stopped at 45 minutes as I don't want to do the 5 minute abs segment. Now, to stretch.

My house is DUSTY! Wow. Not easy to workout in. I almost bailed.

Annette - Wowza for walking to the gym yesterday. I'm glad to read your truck passed inspection.

Hi ladies,

Today I went (drove!!) to the gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I get my perm this afternoon, yay!! So I will be happy with my new curls this evening.

Nice variety today, keep up the great work!!

Good workout this AM Siobhan with yesterday’s CatheLive…I watched most of it
and really liked it, but to me, a little longer than I normally like. I have figured out a way
to split it into 2 workouts, doing the 1st half & ff’d to stretch and then another time doing
the warmup, ff’d to 2nd half to end. Each will be about 34 min long. Hope to give it
a try soon.

Good job with the elliptical & floor workout Annette! Good luck with your perm!
