Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 25 minute SSOD workout of back/chest + 7 minutes of abs. My body did not want to workout today so I kept it short and simple.

Long day for me today. Work, then other work, then a b-day party in the neighbourhood then in the office again tomorrow at 9 am and then painting my office the rest of the weekend. Busy busy.

It rained here all day yesterday but I feel like we really needed it to clear the air. It's 60 sunny and beautiful today!

Hi ladies,

Yesterday it rained here too.

Today I went to the gym early because I had to take son to work early. So I did a 50 minute weight workout full body including floorwork abs and legs. I then did 10 minutes on the elliptical all before teaching my Dance circuit to 10 ladies for about 49 minutes. It is a killer and a sweatfest.

After talking some to a couple of ladies I came home.

Much cooler today and it feels soooooo good!!!
