Hi gals,

Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and more Weights 1 workout to 3 ladies for just over an hour, including one new lady.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work for total body including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

Hi Annette,

I took another rest day yesterday. My back/quads are bothering me so much I am having to stop working out regularly. And, I have to choose what I do so carefully. I am back seeing my physio guy on tuesday. such a drag this is. My fault for avoiding physio. My issue is that he is very good but not closeby.
