IFit- "Lavender Gardens Treadmill walk, Maui, Hawaii" - 18 min.
Bitgym- 10 min. Rowing on Amstel River, Amsterdam

I am still in awe of what I ended up pushing yesterday at the gym!!

Today was 45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork here at the gym.

So I am finished!

I just scored big on Cathe's sale, 4 DVDs on sale plus 20% off the total with her coupon. Spent less on 4 DVDs than you would buying 2 at regular price and all are kickboxing or boxing workouts including replacing my Kick Punch and Crunch one so 3 new ones to me!! Yay!!
 
Good ones…. I really like MMA Boxing, then Revd up rumble & I don’t think I have done
Rockout Knockout too much….of course, Kick,Punch & Crunch is a favorite…I love
the K P & C warmup. Great choices!
