Hi ladies,

Today was supposed to be Imax 2...I decided to do Imax live, but didn't feel like dealing with the laptop set up, etc. so I ended up with RWH Plyo Hiit 2 and Core 1. This is my least favorite Hiit, so I do it when I decide last minute so I don't have time to change my mind! I use the Rebounder in this one for a few of the Hiits, but it still fries my legs!

Today I did a mish mosh of: STS Meso 3 - Strength - Chest/back - did half the workout + 20 minutes of Hoco May + X10 Low Impact Cardio + my own stretch.

It's Thanksgiving here so we have a long weekend.

Today was ~ 44 minutes of the Advanced Taebo #11 then went to the gym 40 minutes. My buttocks on one side is really hurting not sure why.

I did lose another pound so I am at 22 pounds lost now:-D

Hi there, today was a rest day. I worked all day, then had to clean my house as usual on Fridays. I'm so excited: tomorrow some new dvds are going to be in my hands: Gs series, pyramid upper and lower, crossfire and to the max, low max, kpc..... Have a nice week end
