This morning I did the first 31 minutes of Athletic Training and then moved on to KCM Cardio Blast. It was a good workout.

Hi gals, wow 4 days this week I got a workout in, this is good for me.
I did 25 min. of a taebo workout with weighted gloves on then did the abs off of LL. I am very very sore from my weight workout yesterday and my abs are also still sore from the other day.
