Hi ladies,

I had 3 ladies and we did my Upper Body Challenge version 2 for 54 minutes. It was tough.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs and legs.

I will feel something tomorrow.

Calico, wow! Amazing workouts :) I started to do one of Amy Bento's hi/lo workouts but my heart rate was super elevated (my rhr was up this morning as well) so I decided to take the day off.

Today I did more Caroline. i did a lower body workout which was mainly lunges. wow. it was tough. i did my own stretch. I will see you both tomorrow!

Great workouts ladies. Amy Bento - now there is a name i haven't heard in a while. I have hundreds of DVDs I never use... Amy is in there.
