Hi ladies,

Today I had 2 ladies and we did my Compound Full Body Plate workout for 47 minutes. We will all feel this one later today and tomorrow.

Then with my body protesting I did 35 minutes of dumbbell weight work and floorwork for abs. Went heavier on somethings and lighter on others.

CL #62 and then 20 minutes attempting to be as bendy as Patricia Walden in a Yoga Journal dvd.
