Blender- "STS- Week 1-Disc 2- Back & Triceps Express" - 23 min.
Blender- "Abs & Core Toy Store" - 23 min.
YT-Angie Fitness TV- 1 mile Rebounder Power Walk with light weights" - 17 min.

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 2.0 for biceps (single body part workout) - I did 30/38 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates.

Nice mish mosh this morning Linda. You got in a pretty long workout!
Nicki - did I miss something? Did you hurt your leg? I hope today is a better day for working out. I'm focusing on core and upper body too
Annette and Nora - you got in some good and long workouts yesterday - as usual!!

Siobhan, I was wondering the same thing about Nicki but going back I couldn't find any mention of a leg problem.

Today I did CDorner's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout that was about 36 minutes then I did a 11 minute Taebo Express the Kick Express one.

Short and sweet. Nice workouts ladies so far.

Siobhan, I hurt it a few weeks ago but it got worse when I tried to work out so I'm concentrating on upper body until it's better. One of those annoying things.
2.0 for biceps (single body part workout) - I did 30/38 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates.
I think I will start on the single body parts STS 2.0 until my leg(s) are better. Thanks for the idea;)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- It's FUNKY and I like it! = 30 Min
Step Boss -Extended Lying Stretch = 10 Min

I may add on a walking workout later, if so I'll comeback and update.

Totally forgot to put in my workout today when I posted.
I did Perfect 30 Upper Body for 31 minutes
Perfect 30 Extended stretch for about 9 minutes
Stretch Max #3 Band for 18 minutes

& Stretch Max #3 Band for 18 minutes I love Perfect 30 Upper Body workout!!! and really like stretching
with a band too!
