Man I am having a busy week. Busy day job, busy practice. It's been challenging getting it all in.

Today i opted for a short 25 minute pilates workout + my own long stretch. My body is sore today. Another cold day ahead!

Hi all

Ceci - I am having the same type of week. Actually it's been the last two weeks. I blame Mercury in retrograde :D. I really don't like to complain about it as I am super grateful for my job. I just have to let other things go and unfortunately checking in here everyday is one of them.

Weds was Yoga, Thursday Circuit SWEAT Live and today Rev Up Rumble.

Today I taught my Total Body Challenge workout to 5 ladies for 55 minutes, it was rough but good.

I then did 75 minutes of weight work including barbell , cables, dumbbells, and floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

Then I did 10 minutes on the stair machine.

Now I have to go to the doctor for my semi annual visit.

Whoohooo!!! From last visit 6 months ago I was down 8 pounds!! I'll take it. Have a great weekend ladies!!
