I did not mention a couple of days I had two falls and hurt low back and fell on my left arm I broke two years ago and its bruised exactly where the fracture was. I can use my arm as it doesn't appear to need the sling but get a little touch with some shoulder work. So I'm trying to modify upper body work keeping on the lighter side probably no higher than 10 or 12 pound weights. Lower body I'll be careful as well making sure to take it easier their as well. This will be mostly a rest weekend for me as I will likely only do walking DVD's with DH
