Hydrow- 10 min. "Dock Mobility & Rowing Warmup"- Boston, MA
Blender Add-on: STS2 Total Body- 10 min. (my blender add-ons don't have warmups)
CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Egg Weights Boxing Finisher

Rest day for me yesterday. Today I did Cathe's latest live workout for lower body. It was good!

Hi ladies,

Today was Shoulder, Hamstring and Core which was 75 minutes. Probably should have been shorter but I added more shoulder exercises.

It consisted of Barbell Overhead Press 12,10, 8
Dumbbell Front Raises- 10x2
Dumbbell Lateral Raises- 10x3
Rear Delt Machine Fly 10x3
Barbell Upright row 10x2
Machine Leg Curl- 10x3
Then Core work for at least 10 minutes.

Then a stretch. But I added cable wide grip pulldowns, seated clean and press, and dumbbell shoulder press .

I used the 20 pound barbell no weights added for the Upright rows and overhead press.

Lots of weighted core work plus some standing core also, covered legs and glutes too.

Think I can call it a week, whew!!

Then I get to do it all again.

Nice workouts ladies.

Annette- You have had a powerful workout week and indeed need to call it a week. Take a rest weekend you most definitely deserve WTG & High fives and a ticker tape parade or two:) Have a well deserved rest and evening;)

I did not mention a couple of days I had two falls and hurt low back and fell on my left arm I broke two years ago and its bruised exactly where the fracture was. I can use my arm as it doesn't appear to need the sling but get a little touch with some shoulder work. So I'm trying to modify upper body work keeping on the lighter side probably no higher than 10 or 12 pound weights. Lower body I'll be careful as well making sure to take it easier their as well. This will be mostly a rest weekend for me as I will likely only do walking DVD's with DH
