Hi Siobhan,
Today we did some site seeing walking around a total of about 50 minutes at a slow pace.
Then we drove to the hotel near the airport and their fitness room has a bench and dumbbells up to 75 pounds plus weighted medicine balls and treadmills and an elliptical. So I did 20 minutes of weight work and 15 minutes on the elliptical, felt really good. This hotel is a maze, so you get a walking workout just trying to find your room again.
