Today I taught my Interval 2 workout to 6 ladies for an hour. Including 1 new lady who was actually closer to my age. Yippee!!
My shoulder is still hurting some, but better than it was. Still nothing heavier than 1 pound for shoulder work.
Cold day here. Can't believe November is over.[emoji44]

Oh and going backwards on the elliptical works your legs differently than just going forward all the time.
