Good Morning!

Last day of the month???? days are just flying by.

Today I did 40/20 from the shock cardio series + an old stretching workout of Cathe's called total body stretch - I think. It's similar to the STS extended stretch.

ICE Total Metabolic workout. This is one of my favorites so far. I was crunched for time-- so did a timesaver. In my past I would have skipped a workout all together if I couldn't get a full 60 minutes in....

Hi gals,

Today I taught my Interval 2 workout to 6 ladies for an hour. Including 1 new lady who was actually closer to my age. Yippee!!

My shoulder is still hurting some, but better than it was. Still nothing heavier than 1 pound for shoulder work.

Cold day here. Can't believe November is over.[emoji44]

Oh and going backwards on the elliptical works your legs differently than just going forward all the time.
