Today's workouts:

Blender- STS 2 PHA Doubles - 19 min.
YT-Leonora Taurel-Upper Body Med Ball workout- 12 min
Hydrow- 10 min Dock Mobility & Rowing in Boston
Hydrow- 5 min. Post-Row Mobility with Foam Roller in Seville Spain

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's 2.0 Chest body part - 31 minutes (I didn't do most of the band work and last set of push ups). I added on Lite - Bodyweight Bands Calorie Crush for 8 minutes. Non-stop jumping cardio for about 7 minutes. Uhhh that was actually challenging but fun. I've never done these calorie crush workouts before (i hope that's what it's called). It was fun!

Linda - big variety today. I find variety helps to extend my workout else I get bored
Annette - Congrats on your weight achievement. Yikes that is an incredible amount of weight to pull
Nora - glad to see you got in your workout yesterday

Hi Siobhan, nice variety with 2.0 Chest - 31 min. and Lite BW B Calorie Crush-8 min.
I agree, I have to have variety, as I get bored Very quickly!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I did 57 minutes on the elliptical and then 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then 20 minutes punching and kicking the bag with my boxing gloves on downstairs in the War Room. So I think I am good for today, any body else agree :).

Nice well rounded workouts for us all!!
