Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Upper Body Challenge routine to 4 ladies for about 51 min.

Then I did an hour of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. No barbell today and I just did slow count flies for chest with dumbbells. Also used the cables. I can pull one rep at 200 pounds on the rope pull thing I do. Whoohoo!
