Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving day yesterday! Siobhan, nice workout doing your mix of Growingananas tabata -24 minutes, 10 minutes of Pop Pilates (abs) & your own stretch -10 minutes.
Nice Variety! I haven't done the Black Friday "mess" for a long, long time. It was fun when I was younger, but I do not have the patience for it now LOL! I remember we used to drive around on Thanksgiving night to some of the stores, like Best Buy, Target, etc that would be opening up like at 3 or 4AM on the Friday morning, and there would be lines already formed the evening before! Crazy.......I don't know if stores open up early like that now or not.......
