Hi Annette,

Today I did Caroline's latest bodyweight + stretch workout. It was just what I needed.

Great workout yesterday Annette. That's a lot of steps! and, i am impressed with the weight you can curl. wow.

Today I had 4 members and we did my Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which is an hour.

Then I did 65 minutes of weight work mostly barbell bench press I made it to 120 pounds for 1 rep. Whoohoo!! I also did 1 set of 35 pound hammer curls, 1 set of overhead 1 arm at a time (17.5 pounds) for triceps, same weights for shoulder press. All the benches were taken so no flyes today. Then ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
