Hope everyone had a blessed, Happy Thanksgiving...

Today's workouts:

YT-Fitness Type- 10 min. TRX workout for beginners
YT-go simpli- 20 min. Seated Pilates Circle workout
Blender- "ALL ABOUT # 2: Pushups, Hammers & Laterals" - 21 min.
IFit- "Southeast Oklahoma (Hunting for BigFoot) Treadmill walk- 18 min.

Hope to try that hair appt again this afternoon! Have a good day!

I hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. Now it's leftovers day. Today I did more hoco - volume 3. I did the whole darn thing. It was 50 minutes.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. Wow, I hope you were safe hunting for bigfoot.

Good 50 min. Hoco workout this AM Siobhan. Long one…….

Hee hee, yeah we didn’t find BigFoot this morning….they’re cute workouts, there’s a whole series to do. They tell you to dim the lights, etc…to make it scarier I guess,
The instructor is really funny and acts scared to death sometimes:). The only thing
we found was something’s “droppings” if you get my drift! That was gross .
 
Hi ladies,

Today was weights at the gym, dumbbells only and 1 leg machine. Then the sled, I have video of me pushing 660 on the sled!!!
Then floorwork with a stretch. All on all a 65 minute weight workout!!

Thanksgiving went amazingly well. But by the end, I was running on four hours‘ sleep, speaking gibberish (I was so tired), and I could feel my heart beating in my feet. :D Definitely did not take (or need) a workout yesterday.

Today was supposed to be Cardio Super Sets… but I havent gotten there quite yet. If I never manage to get there, High Step Challenge is tomorrow (one of my favorites).

Good job everyone! Bigfoot better watch out — collectively, we are pretty fast and strong. ;)
 
Anita, it sounds like you had a lovely Thanksgiving day, I imagine you were whipped too!
Today sounds like a nice rest day, and tomorrow will be another day!

Annette, another gym day I see, and a nice long 65 min. Workout!

Happy Black Friday/post turkey day recovery day:)

Sorry for the late check in today. I had to do my daily chores (Approx. 2.50 hours), take an hour nap ( per Dr.'s orders)
and hurry to get workout done before our college civil war game startedat 5:30 PM Pacific Time.

I'm not sure if I'll be working out tomorrow due to great College Football games tomorrow + Grocery shopping. If I can get a Ridein tomorrow I will we'll see what happens.

XTrain- D9- Tabatacise= 45 Min
