Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Interval 1 workout to 9 ladies for an hour. I haven't had 9 on a Friday for a long time!!

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. I used just the barbell and dumbbells today.

Today I did a 40 minute MH workout. Lots of upper body moves with and without weights.
