Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I am taking a rest day. I just can't get into a workout this morning - not sure why :( . I'm gonna head upstairs and make some soup instead. I'm not sure I'll get in a workout tomorrow morning but will defo be back Sunday.

Linda - I am so sorry to read about Jack. This is a tough time for you. I know his health hasn't been well for a while. Big hugs to you and thanks for letting us know.

Hi Siobhan,

Woke up to snow, nothing major and mostly a wintery mix but it is laying on the grass.

Today I stayed home and found a new Taebo Raw workout on YouTube. It was 51 minutes of Taebo (no cooldown) and I hate to say it but it was lopsided big time. I added a stretch and cooldown making it 55 minutes. The man added burpees at the end when he should have been doing a cooldown!?! It was very good and sweaty with lots of kicks and I had on my wrist weights.

Hubby is on vacation for a week.

Sorry you weren't feeling a workout Siobhan, it happens to the best of us.

Hi ladies;)

I did not plan to workout today, due to errands and planning on going out of town. I decided to rest and planned to take nap this morning then get ready to go, but a severe storm warning came through with high winds expected to last until 7 PM, so we did not go for safety, I just rested, it was nice not to have to race to get stuff done. I'm not sure if I'll be able to workout tomorrow due to DH wanting me to watch college football on TV or help him buy work boots. If I can sneak in a workout I will,if possible, we'll see.

Linda- how are you doing. I'm still praying and thinking of you.;)

Siobhan- Get some rest and feel better, enjoy that soup you mentioned and just take it easy. Have a restful good day;)

Annette- Wow! Snow!! Yay on finding a new Taebo Raw workout on YT= 51 Min and with wrist weights too!WTG & high fives. Nice one to add on a stretch.Great job on your workout today. Have a blessed evening;)
