I have to admit I have LMR2 but haven't really used it much. I'll have to put them in the work into rotation mix. Thanks for your positive thoughts. WTG & 30 minutes of LMR2 for lower body today and did my own 10 minute stretch. WTG & high fives!! I hope you had a good day & now evening

Today got away from me. Insurance company issues to deal with and that took a couple of hours, hopefully all will workout. Then I looked at the wall calendar and was stunned Thanksgiving is coming up in six days, Yikes!! DH & I rushed to the store to get some fixings for Turkey day and modified for low sugar and carbs diet. It was difficult day navigating through the day especially shopping on five hours of sleep. So, basically I felt like a red eyed monster from a Scooby Doo cartoon, LOL!! I think I'll likely rest tomorrow or watch college football, GO DUCKS!
