Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. I managed 30 minutes of LMR2 for lower body today and did my own 10 minute stretch. This is such a great series. I would have worked out longer but I kept getting distracted by people via text msg so had to end early.

Today's workouts:

YT-Kaleigh Cohen- 11 min. Cycling Warmup Ride
YT-gosimpli- Seated Upper Body with a Med Ball - 20 min.
YT-Caroline Jordan- 10 min. Seated Chair Stretch

Hi ladies,

Today was Shoulders, Hamstring and Core which was 78 minutes long.

This workout included: barbell overhead press for 12,10 and 8 reps, I used a 20 pound barbell.

I did the shoulder machine with 25 on each side.

Dumbbell Front Raise 2 sets of 10 with 12.5 pound dumbbells

Then Laterals Raise using 12.5 for 2 sets of 10 and the last set was with 10's.

I added seated clean and press with 10's for 2 sets of 10.

Dumbbell shoulder press with 15's

Machine leg curl 10 reps times 3 started at 25 pounds ended at 35.

Rear Delt machine for 3 sets of 10 forgot the weight

Then core workout with some weighted exercises for abs, legs and glutes plus a nice stretch.

Great job on your workout today:) I have to admit I have LMR2 but haven't really used it much. I'll have to put them in the work into rotation mix. Thanks for your positive thoughts. Today got away from me. Insurance company issues to deal with and that took a couple of hours, hopefully all will workout. Then I looked at the wall calendar and was stunned Thanksgiving is coming up in six days, Yikes!! DH & I rushed to the store to get some fixings for Turkey day and modified for low sugar and carbs diet. It was difficult day navigating through the day especially shopping on five hours of sleep. So, basically I felt like a red eyed monster from a Scooby Doo cartoon, LOL!! I think I'll likely rest tomorrow or watch college football, GO DUCKS!
