Hi Annette (and anyone who joins...)

Today I did a short 30 minute metabolic Caroline workout + Cathe's PUB biceps segment

and woweee - 70 minutes on the elliptical Annette. Stamina!

Yes, I can stay on the elliptical a long time.

Today I had 3 ladies and we did a freestyle Disco Circuit for 55 minutes. Using one of my new Disco cds. Lots of Disco moves and novelty dances and 2.5 songs of weights.

Worked up a good little sweat.

Then I did 42 minutes of weight work all heavy dumbbells including flat and incline chest flyes and presses, shoulder press, hammers and concentration curls, overhead 1 arm and lying 2 arm triceps, lying overhead for back, and floorwork on the stability ball for abs and glutes, then on the mat for rest of the abwork.

I am beat. Fridays are always my 'I feel like crashing days' because of all that I have done throughout the week.

Have a great weekend, I get my hair done tomorrow, YAY!!! Can't wait.
