Today was RWH Lift it Hiit it Chest, Triceps and Shoulders with Core 2 premix.
Really glad this week is almost over...

Today was 40 min. of the Advance #11 Taebo and then 30 min. at the gym. Hardly anybody at the gym so I was able to whizz through my workout and even do some cable work as a bonus so I am not doing straight dumbbells or barbell or machines all the time.

Hi everyone,
another light workout day for me today. I walked the dog this morning + I did cassey ho pilates. I am going to buy another one of her pilates dvds at Mary's thanksgiving sale. I will also buy cathe's calendar at the end of the month.

nice to see us all working out. Annette - you really are staying committed to your double workouts. I know you've had great results. I hope you worked out Sandy!
