Good Morning Everyone,

Busy fitness week for you, Annette.

Today I did a 45 minute WB of upper body (minus shoulders as i did those yesterday) + my own abs and stretch. I have re-injured my darn left shoulder and now I cannot do body weight workouts grrrr. I love horizontal conditioning.

Ceci - I have a wonky left shoulder as well. It's not easy getting older!

Today was LI Hiit Live and Yoga.

I am going to take a stab at Cathe's November rotation. I have not followed one in a while and when I don't I tend to do the same workouts over and over again.

Hi ladies,

I think we all have bum shoulders. I actually have the start of arthritis in my shoulder and the doctor said that he only sees it in weight lifters because the shoulder is not a weight bearing joint.

Today I taught the Silver Sneakers group (which is the same group as all the other senior classes). We did one of simple dance routines that was a circuit and it was 55 minutes only because I cut the last weight song and did the cooldown. Oh and I had 11 or 12.

Then after a 30 minute break, I taught my Interval 2 routine to 9 ladies for an hour.

Then I came home, changed clothes and took son to work and stayed to grocery shop . My back was killing me pushing the cart around.

Then had to hit a 2nd store and now I am home and sitting down. I. Am. Beat!!!

Oh and said son has now lost 28 pounds.
