Hi ladies,

Today I taught my newest workout Cardio Dance Party Circuit for 47 minutes to 7 ladies. It went well for a 1st run through. We were all sweating.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including cable work, barbell (including barbell squats)work, dumbbell work and floorwork abs and glutes. My abs are really sore these days .

hi everyone,

today I did a short pilates workout as my legs are bothering my from overworking them earlier in the week. I also did a long stretch thereafter. i will see you all tomorrow.
