YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Biceps weight plate workout
YT- Vive Health- Balance Disc Abs workout- 6 min. (I thought this one was hard!)
YT- Earth & Owl- "Fun with Four" Rebounder workout- 15 min.
