Today's workouts: (quite the mish-mosh!)

IFit- "Self Love" Rowing workout - 20 min.
IFit- "Bellagio, Italy" Treadmill workout- 21 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Biceps weight plate workout
YT- Vive Health- Balance Disc Abs workout- 6 min. (I thought this one was hard!)
YT- Earth & Owl- "Fun with Four" Rebounder workout- 15 min.

Today I did Cathe's latest live. It was all I needed for today. I did my own stretch.

Linda - yowza - just look at that variety today. Re: TRX tool - that's pretty inexpensive but effective

Nora - nice workout yesterday! I am glad you had no interruptions

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym, whoohoo!! I did a 75 minute weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, back machine, and the sled. Sled weight was 645 pounds. That is 12 (45 plates) with a 5 on top for good measure!! Plus the sleds weight of 100 pounds equalling 645 pounds!!

Then I did floorwork for legs and glutes and abs with a stretch and for good measure I added on 22 minutes on the elliptical!!

I am beat. But it feels good! Nice variety today I see.

but I did watch the clip.
 
Annette, quite the gym day! Wow, you hit it all I do believe:)…75 min weights & sled, floor work & 22 min on elliptical. I bet all that felt really good! What a way to end the
week!

Annette- YAY!!! On your 75 Min gym workout today utlizing all the fun gym toys such as: barbell, dumbbells, back machine, and sled (WOW!! 645 pounds!!).
